Authorized vehicle management

The vehicle is authorized to be driven by persons over the age of 21, who have held a driver's license for a minimum of 2 years (2 x 365 days).
The vehicle must not be driven under any circumstances in the following cases:

1. a person who is not designated by the Agreement as a Lessee, i.e. Driver/Additional Driver,

2. a person under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, narcotics, sleeping aids or other drugs,

3. for paid transportation of passengers and goods,

4. outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina, except with the prior written consent of the Lessor,

5. for participation in a sports competition, speed tests or races,

6. for driving or towing any vehicle or object,

7. when the vehicle is not in driving condition or is overloaded with too many passengers or luggage,

8. Violation of legal conditions and regulations related to the use, loading or condition of the vehicle or for any illegal purposes.
The mentioned restrictions are not mutually exclusive. All possible costs/penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance with the mentioned restrictions are charged from the Lessee, regardless of paid insurances. The responsibility of the Lessor is completely excluded.

Collection and return of the vehicle

The lessee takes over the vehicle in technically correct condition, and returns the vehicle in the condition in which it was taken over, except for normal natural wear and tear, at the exact time and place specified in the Rental Agreement. The Lessor is not responsible for the damage suffered by the Lessee due to the delay in the delivery of the vehicle. If, for any reason, special cleaning of the vehicle is required, the cost of the same will be charged to the Lessee.

Lease extension

If the Lessee wants to extend the lease, he must notify the Lessor 1 day (24 hours) in advance, that is, the person of the Lessor who rented the vehicle to him, and conclude a new Lease Agreement. Otherwise, it will be considered that the Lessee has illegally appropriated the vehicle, about which the Lessor will inform the competent institutions.

Fuel

The renter collects and returns the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise, the Lessee will be charged the cost of fuel up to a full tank according to the Lessor's valid price list.
